Now, I’m lucky enough to continue this tradition with my own children, passing down the joy of baking and creating cherished memories in the kitchen. Baking, to me, is about so much more than creating something sweet—it’s about connection, creativity, and sharing love through food.
In my early teens, I discovered brownies—and let’s just say it was love at first bite. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked to perfect my recipes, using premium ingredients like organic 85% cocoa chocolate and pasture-raised eggs.
My friends, who have been my greatest supporters (and taste-testers), encouraged me to share my brownies with the world, and that’s how Mad Mama Bakes came to life! I’m often asked which brownie is my favorite. The answer is easy: the Milky Way brownie. It’s the OG, where it all began, and it will always have my heart.
